"We are currently reviewing our contracts and to be more efficient and be able to flex our payroll, I want to change the hours of week from 40 hours a week to 173.33 hours a month. This will allow our managers to flex hours weekly especially in our quiet periods.
Please can you let me know how and if we need to change the setting in Fourth and what this would entail and how long it will take. We are currently setup up for 40 hrs per week over 5 days"

The system is designed to manage contracted hours and FTE hours and days as weekly values, so I’m afraid there isn’t an option to change this to a monthly figure.
