Are we doing something wrong ?
Salaried monthly staff holidays are showing as a separate pay amount on wage slip however full salary for the month is also showing ie the holidays is not reducing the salary amount ?

Thank you for this question, holiday pay can only be deducted from one payment type. If you have a Monthly Salary and a Fortnightly Salary payment type in your payroll processing you will need to choose the majority of your company and manually adjust the minority amount.
