I am moving my employees deo fortnightly to 4 weekly. Can this be done before rolling over the portal or is it better to wait until after?

  While the answer to this will ultimitely depend on your payroll calendar and when you wish the change to be effectve from.

   

  If the first pay date on the four weekly payroll will fall in the new year, then you would need to wait until the portal has been rolled forward.
