When I am printing out Recipe Cards, the units are following the Unit Hierarchy and changing to the largest unit. This causes a problem as they are going between Metric and English without any restrictions. I don't want it to flip from pounds to kilograms or from cups to liters, but cups to gallons would be ok. It's very difficult for a chef to measure out 5.68 L of olive oil.
How do I make it so they are locked to their system of measurement that is used in the original recipe?

Thank you for your query.
Per Property/CP, there can only be 1 set of Units & 1 Unit Hierarchy per Type (Count, Dry, Liquid, Weight); for customers who have some users building recipes in Metric while others building them in US, the Units are often set to override as 'System of Measurement': Both, so they don't change the recipes themselves to the Property->Administration->Property Preferences->Recipe: 'System of Measurement' automatically.
While this solves for that concern, it may cause the challenge you're encountering; if your property only wants to convert up Metric vs. US (or vice versa), then the Unit Hierarchy could be modified to only include that 'System of Measurement' Units.
If you want to convert up both sets, we'd have to change all the Dry/Liquid/Weight Units back to 'Both', but that would then bring you back to the first scenario where a recipe, for example, could be built as 1 Kilogram but then once saved & re-accessed, it would display as 2.2 Pounds, if the Property is set as US Customary, unless the User's Profile is in Metric, in which case all Units in all recipes would be displayed in Metric.
