Is there a way to hide former employees within the search bar

Hi @zoe jones​ Which search bar are you referring to?

When searching the employee list you can select either current or former so i'm not sure what you are referring to.

Do we have the ability to remove Former employees from visibility against an access level or for their bank details to be automatically removed upon termination date.

@zoe jones​  Currently their bank details will not be automatically removed upon their termination date as they may need to be paid after this time.

You can set the length of time that personal information is kept. This is changed in the Global settings if you wish to reduce the default retention period.

There is no way to restrict access to specific employees.
