Is there a way to print off the rotas for the full day / week without having to go into every department / every day ?

Select Print from within the rota.

The Division drop down will show the divisions you have access to.

If a user has access to all divisions, there will be an All option.

How do I get access to the ALL dropdown?

I can't seem to find how to do this...

You must be in Print and you will be able to select this option. You are currently navigating the main rota view which does not support an "All" option.
