I have checked the job titles and they seem to be set up correctly.
I have 2 members of staff who work 5 days. One works 35 hours whose holidays are showing 33 days. The other works 36 hours and hers are only showing 25. They both have long service. How can this be?

There are several things this could be.

It could be how the increments are set up. Is there a cap?
It could be the number of days the employees have actually worked?
Are absences included in flexible holiday calculation?
