How can I set up a report to give me a weekly total of hours recorded on the rotas for specific job roles, i want this so i can filter on any hours worked under 45 per week.

The Employee Hours Worked export in Rota> reports > Exports will give you the information you need.
You can run this for any length of time you wish. It will total the number of hours for the period the report is run.

Hi @Laura Redman
Please try the export in Rota > Reports > Exports > Forecast Vs Actual Vs Paid Hours Weekly.
This will allow you to see a breakdown of hours by Division and Job Title.
