With the new right to work (settled, pre-settled and EURO TLR status) past Brexit, we will have no paper visas and as an employer we will be required to check the settled status on line via a secure code.
My question is how are we (or any other Fourth Customers) able to demonstrate that this check has been done. Currently the checks are done by the bakery managers and they are required to upload a copy of the right to work document and then there is an electronic signature on Fourth. Is there a different function on Fourth that would support this?

Hi @Johanna Murphy,
This is a good question... If there are legislative changes coming in with Brexit, Fourth will build/develop changes in the solution, to manage this through the system. However, these changes will only be implemented one the new rules are confirmed.
Therefore, these changes will be made once the new rules are confirmed, if required. I would suggest to keep an eye on legislation and Fourth's releases in the meantime. (To keep up to date with What’s New with Fourth, just let your Fourth contact know and we’ll set you up!)
I hope this helps to explain?
Best,
Rozz
