Is there a way to set on a Trade Simple catalogue a maximum order quantity for one specific product, rather than it being set for the entire supplier?

Hi @Simon Madders ,

Apologies for the delayed reply - great question for the community!

The maximum and minimum order quantities can be applied at supplier level only - not individual products.

If you wanted to communicate a particular ordering level for a specific product however, the publishing functionality on the system can help get a message on the home screen for users to see!

Any questions, please just let me know.

Thanks!

Hi @Paul Stephenson, could you please let me know where I can set a minimum order quantity in Trade Simple. I was thinking it would be on the attached screen grab.

Hi @Simon Madders ,

Apologies, I think previously there has been a miscommunication with terminology.

When previously referring to minimum and maximum quantities - I was actually referring to the value of the order, not the amount of products which can be ordered. Apologies for the miscommunication there.

The system unfortunately does not have the functionality to set a minimum quantity of products which can be ordered - only a minimum monetary value.

The only 'quantity' functionality available is the one which appears on your attached screen shot - 'Maximum Order Line Quantity' - and this restricts any product being ordered over a certain quantity - unfortunately this is not available for minimum quantity.

Any questions on this please just let me know.

Thanks,
