Can we change the portal log out time frame during a period of inactivity?

im afraid this cannot be changed. It is in place for security purposes.

the only time this would usually be an issue is when writing Rotas. We recommend that the users regularly press ‘Calculate’ to ensure their work is saved.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate that this functionality provides security and due to this I would like to reduce the current time frame as I do not feel that it is currently secure enough as it appears to be around an hour.

Please could you advise how I would go about this?

Thanks so much for getting in touch. Unfortunately this functionality is not something that can be altered, either through the portal settings or through raising requests. If you feel that this is impacting on your business processes an a specific manner please do get in touch with us through your Success Manager, and we can see what can be put in place to help.
