Can we put a block on repeating bank details?

    Hi @Eleanor Cross​ @Lara Bamberger​ 

    When creating an employee, they system will notify you if a National Insurance number, Passport number or Bank Account number is already in the system.

    You can report on Duplicate Bank Account numbers using the exception report in HR > Reports > view reports > exceptions

    Hi @Lara Bamberger​ , no, there is no way to block at site level as there may be a valid reason for the duplication;

    1. The employee may have worked previously within the business and therefore their previous employment record should be checked to ensure they can be rehired.
    2. Employees that are a couple within the same business having a joint account. The system needs to allow this.

    Best practice is that when a site receives this message they should not ignore it and speak to someone that has access to the employee possibly HR.

    Thank you Debbie! We get the warning sign but I was wondering if there was a way to block it completely so it cannot happen at site-level.
