Hotel Shut Down

Hi   We are renovation a hotel and staff are seconded to another hotel. The department managers are finding it difficult to manage the staff for holidays etc. What would be the best solution ? give them access to two hotels in the short term?

Yes you can give them access to both hotels or you can change the location of the employee as they are technially working in that location.

The only think with changing location would be if you have individual PAYEs
