Can we set up a dual role where there is contract hours spread over two roles?

Yes this is possible, but it is quite complicated and you will need to consider exactly how to do this correctly for your business needs.

Furthermore, to allow for this, your Global Settings would need to have the following enabled:

•      Overtime
•      Include Multiple Employment in Overtime
