Hi,

Thank you for your question.

Your supplier will inform you of whether your order will be fulfilled on the desired delivery day by processing a Confirmation document through to you via Tradesimple. When a Confirmation has been received for a particular order, the thread status will be updated to 'Confirmed', 'Confirmed with revisions', or 'Order Rejected'. To view the Confirmation, simply select 'View Thread' against the order, and click 'View Document' against the Confirmation.

If the thread status shows as 'Confirmed' it means your supplier has agreed to fulfill your order exactly as you have requested it.

A status of 'Confirmed with Revisions' indicates that either the delivery date has been changed, or the product lines have been changed in some way. Lines that have been accepted will appear in green, if the price or quantity of an ordered product has been changed the line will show as orange, and if a line has been rejected it will show as red. Your supplier can also include a reason for the the rejection as well. If a rejected line has been substituted with another product, this line will appear in purple.

If the thread status shows as 'Order Rejected' it means all lines have been rejected by your supplier.

I hope this clarifies things!

Best,

Jack
