How to see who has exported an invoice?

Is there anyway we can see who has exported specific POs or if there is a report that can show who has exported what from Adaco into the AP side?

  Thanks for the great question😃

   

  Yes, there is a way😃  you can view which user exported a specific PO using the AP Interface Log which is under Account Payable. To do so please follow the below Path: -

   

  Accounts > Account Payable > Account Payable Interface > Select "log" > select the PO > the user who exported the PO will be listed in the right hand side of the screen.

  Many thanks for your assistance. I noticed that these logs go back about2 months back. Anyway I can see further than this?

  Hi Mustafa,

   

  Along the top of the AP Interface, you will see that there are fields where you can populate the date "To" and "From". Edit these accordingly and you will be able to view historic exports.
