If an employee has multiple employment against them and a primary site completes a submission to payroll can the employee still be scheduled against at the multiple employment site.

Thanks for the question.
The primary site can still amend the rota including adding shifts and hours for any employee that may be multiple employed elsewhere. The only restriction, of course, is that the employee cannot be scheduled at the same time as the other site.

The functionality works the same regardless of which site is making amendments. Either site can submit to payroll whilst the other is still making changes, and multiple employments are not affected by this.
The only thing that would have an impact is if the primary site were to create a holiday or an absence after the secondary site had submitted to payroll.
