Great question! In respect to warning alerts, warnings for shift length are only available in Labour Productivity and are in the organisation settings that are only available to Fourth.

in LP this is a warning to the user scheduling an the point a shift is entered.

The business can determine the length of the shift and this needs to be set up bu Fourth.

Currently there is no way to review this alert has been ignored.

Users should be adequately trained in the company policy and that these alerts should not be ignored. Breaches should be dealt with accordingly.
