Purchasing & Inventory: Inputting invoices

Hi David,

How about if we are inputting invoices that are not associated with a PR, OR, PO, etc.? I am on the Invoice Entry page and still am unable to see this particular account, although all others are available to me.

Thank you for your query.

The ability to see particular Accounts while entering Invoices (or creating ORs, PRs, POs, etc.) is controlled via Outlet Accounts:

• Property->Setup->Accounting->Outlet Account

Although an Account may be visible in Property->Setup->Accounting->Accounts, unless it is flagged in Outlet Accounts, it will not be available; therefore, please verify that the Account(s) in question are flagged against the appropriate Outlet(s).

The Account restriction for entering Invoices follows the same logic as other transactions; please ensure that your Property Administrator has granted Outlet(s) permissions to your user profile & that the relevant Accounts are flagged against the Outlet(s).
