​Thank you Debbie,

 

when I start changing things around with sanctions and reducing divisions (essentially combining them) I assume I need to start with Section - division- job title- individual checks on HR records.

I imagine all of that needs to be done via admin log in.

I see how new section/division is created, however, how do I delete one.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

You can do this at any time as it will not affect payroll.

As long as the hours on the rota are correct for each employee on submission, changing divisions for employee has no impact.

Changes should however be effective of a rota week start date so that the employee is not on two rotas.

Yes that is the correct order.

You can do this on any log in that has access. This may be only the admin login in your case.

You will not be able to delete divisions as this will still be in the employees holiday. You can prefix the divisons with xx to indicate that they should not be used.

They will not show in the rota once all employments have been moved.
