Can you look at former employees in the Training Module?

Hi Team, I have a question from one of my customers: In the Training Module. Is it possible to look at former employees appraisals? Currently I cannot see the option to look up former employees under this module. Many thanks @Megan McKinlay​

Hi @Megan McKinlay​ ,

 

Happy to help! In the training module in the employee search bar there is a radio button option to see 'Current' or 'Former' next to the employee status option. Select 'former' and search, this will bring up all the former employees on the portal.
