Labour productivity does not split Front of House employees and Management properly

Hello,   I have an issue where one employee who is GM in one location but has been transferred for a week in another location. The employee instead of showing under Management - salaried employees borrowed , the cost appeared under front of house salaried borrowed.   Thanks for your help.
