Release Note – Payroll Module: Hiding YTD & NI Figures in Payslips  

What's Changing?

New global settings added to Payroll > Administration > Global Settings > Payslip/P60 Settings, allowing to select if employees’ National Insurance and or YTD values are displayed when printing or emailing payslips.  

Release Date 24th May 2018  

Reason for the Change

Due to GDPR, Fourth has received a number of customer requests to have the ability to limit National Insurance and YTD values on payslips.

Our Employees request to see all there cumulative details on their payslips, therefore the change would not apply to our foreign Nationals! However if it were on an individual basis then I would see a large take up on our Monthly payroll
