Release Note – HR & Payroll: Ability to Pay CSP from 1st, 2nd or 3rd Day of Absence  

*** Please note: The release date for this has changed to 30th August 2018 (was originally 2nd August and then the 16th August 2018).  

What's Changing?

The setting Is CSP paid on waiting days? will be changed to Absent waiting Day to start paying CSP. It will be possible to select 1 through to 4.  

Release Date 30th August 2018  

Reason for the Change

Currently employees can only be paid Company Sick Pay (CSP) from the 1st or 4th day of absence. This does not always align with employees' CSP entitlements and therefore causes manual work to ensure that CSP is being paid appropriately.

This functionality was updated and rolled out to all customer portals - so you, or somebody within your business, will have access to configure this.
