ESS Release Note - New 'My Documents' tab

*** Please note: This release note was previously titled "Pay Documents" and included functionality for users to be able to access P45s via the new 'My Documents' tab. This P45 functionality will now be introduced in a later release ***

What’s Changing?

A new section in the Employee Self Service (ESS) mobile app to give employees a single place to access all PDF pay-related documents. The initial release is limited to payslip documents. In future this will be expanded to include P45, P60 and P11D documents.

Release Date: 8th November 2018

Reason for the Change

Part of the continuing roll-out of mobile functionality in ESS and to reduce reliance on printed paper documents.

Would it be possible to add specific documents to this section i.e. contract of employment?

Hi @Oliver Stockdale What a great idea!

At this time, this is for Payslips, P45s and P60s (once both features have been released.)

I will add this to our ideas section for the product team to review.
