WFM Release Note: Pro Rata Holidays

 

What’s Changing?

Ability for the system to automatically prorate an employee’s holiday allowance, removing the need for manually calculating and overriding when they move from Salaried to Hourly or vice versa.

 

Release Date: 28th March 2019

 

Reason for the Change

Currently, users are not able to calculate the correct number of holidays available if an employee is changing their status from full-time or part-time within the current holiday year to Flexible (Salaried to Hourly). This calculation is currently done manually.

  The change was deployed but unfortunately had to be rolled back due to an unforeseen error with holiday calculations.
