How do I run a report which gives me a list of employees that do not have proof of eligibility selected in their Personal Details on the Payroll module?

When our employees were originally transferred onto the Fourth system some information has not fed through. I want to be able to identify which employees personal details need updating in terms of their right to work in the UK.

Hi @Chloe Ward​,

Thanks for getting in touch. You can view the either the Exceptions Report or the HR Exceptions Report - these will let you know which employees are missing which elements of their HR records. Please go to HR>Reports>View Reports: look in the Maintenance section to find either of the mentioned reports.

There are two HR Reports which can assist you with this. The 'HR Exceptions Report' will bring back all employees who are missing HR audit-able data such as missing NI, Bank Details and Proof of Eligibility. The 'Exceptions Report' allows the user to drill down to specifics, so you could run the Report purely for missing Proof of Eligibility.

 

The Reports are permission led and can be found from the following path:

HR>Reports>View Reports>Exceptions Report (or HR Exceptions Report)
