WFM Release Note - Contract and Contracted Hours Change Based on an Effective Date

 

What’s Changing?

Contract and contracted hours changes can be based on an effective date which lets users update employee records in advance and automatically makes the change on the chosen date.

 

Release Date: 14th November 2019

 

Reason for the Change

To allow contract and contracted hours changes to be date-driven so that users can update employee records prior to the change date and the new details take effect on the chosen effective date.

Yes, that's correct. Any changes to either contract or contracted hours will show in the employee history screen along with change date, effective date and who made the change.
