Could you please advise on what is the quickest and easiest way to remove access for managers on people system?

  Hi @Kate Castellani​ 

   

  If this is a one off situation ad a large amount of Managers complete access to HR and Payroll need removing without terminating them AND they are using SSO, we could remove the HR & Payroll Icon with an upload.

  There are two ways to do this - depending on what your objective is:

   

  • If it is to remove access for one Manager from a particular Module/s (for example Rotas), then go to that employees record, then Employee Access > Access Summary > check/tick the box for the Module you wish to remove access from and Save.

   

  • If the objective is to remove access for all Managers who are on the same Access Level, then you can go to HR > Company Admin > Access Level Hierarchy > Company Hierarchy > select level > change Module Permissions to "Please Select" > Save. Permissions can be reassigned at any time in the future by following the same process and selecting the appropriate user template from the drop-down menu > Save.
