Is there a reason the average hours from the previous 52 weeks cannot be populated, rather than previous 12 weeks ? 52 weeks is what the government is saying should be used for Furlough and as there is a 52 week option in Fourth to calculate average days for holiday calcs would have assumed system has the capability to auto calc this info ?
