    Thanks Sophie. Can I clarify please - when you say 'will still calculate as normal' does this mean on their full pay rather than the 80% furloughed pay?​

    Employee's holiday will be calculated 'as normal' meaning as if they were on 100% salary, even when their status has been changed to Furlough.

    Hi Nikki,

     

    As furlough payments need to be made manually in payroll, the holiday will still calculate as normal by the system. The only exception I can see is if you have amended the 'annual salary' field for the employee (which you do not need to do, but some customers have adjusted this way) and holiday is taken whilst on this reduced salary figure.
