​Hi  we have 2 payrolls. Some of our employees were flexible workers on the four-weekly payroll and were moved to our monthly payroll on a variety of dates back in  February.  They were subsequently terminated.  I would like to add them back into the flexible four-weekly payroll in order to furlough them.  How do I do this?  Rehire them?

  Yes, you can amend the start date to their original one

  so P45's have been processed.  When I rehire them can I back date the start date?​

  Hi {@005D000000AKasFIAT}​ If the employee's P45 has been processed, then you would have to follow the re-hire process and assign them to the correct payroll. If not, there are details in the article below of how to remove the termination dates.
