​Good Morning apologies if this has been answered already Once we have calculated average pay for our flexible employees and put them on furlough am I right in thinking that we would then manually create the payment on the payslip? ie. nothing will feed through automatically? and if its a manual payment should I create a specific payment type for this?   thanks in advance

  Hi Claire,

   

  Virginia is correct (thank you!), you do need to manually create or load the payments. Creating a new payment type for Furlough will be shown on the payslip and may help your reporting.

  Hi Claire,

   

  Yes, you need to manually create the payment as employees will be technically on 0 hours. We created a new payment type (called it 'Furlough') and uploaded the payments for hour hourly employees.
