i would like to give a user approval on a certain GL code when approving requisitions? this code hits their budget but they are not seeing it for approval.

Thanks for your really interesting question.

 You cannot set a specific approval route for products assigned to a GL code by default.

Depending on what you are looking to order, you could either:

a. Set-up an approval route e.g. Housekeeping approval and train that all housekeeping products need to use that approval route for requisitions.

b. Restrict the User to only being able to use the approval route containing that User.
