No weather data/symbols are displaying for 2 of our newest sites on the LP Sales Forecast tab (we have provided post code) - what may be causing?

Thanks for your question. I've had a look into this and can see that we have a support case open for this specific issue already - ref 1202984, raised by your colleague Angela Barlow.

I've just been in touch with a member of our Service Team, who will be chasing up this case today with our case managers and development team for an update. I can see that Angela herself asked for an update on the case yesterday so she can expect to hear from us today.

From my limited knowledge on the subject, I would say that the cause of the missing weather in LP is down to incorrectly entered postcodes of those locations (no space, blank spaces at the end, etc). I've double-checked this myself on the system and they are indeed correct. This investigation was of course carried out in the support case when it was first raised but I wanted to make absolutely sure!

I'm sure that we'll get to the bottom of it. Please refer to your colleague Angela for further updates.
