We’ve added a fun interactive points system within your daily interactions on the Fourth Customer Community, that we think you all will really enjoy.

All our lovely Community users can now earn points when logged-in and interacting with the Customer Community. This can be from posting a question, to mentioning a colleague on a relevant Knowledge article. The more points you earn, the higher up the ranks you move within our “Fourth Community Kitchen” points system. Everyone will start at the first level – as ‘Dish Washer’. But how many of you can reach level 10 and become ‘C.E.O’?

You can also earn badges when achieving different Community milestones, so watch out for these in your Profile feed.
