WFM Release Note - Labour Productivity: Ability to Set Unavailability Blackout Days
What’s Changing?
New functionality called Unavailability Blackout Days, which will allow users to set ‘blackout’ days for when employees are trying to create unavailability in My Schedule.
Reason for the Change
To restrict employees from creating unavailability on certain dates.
WFM Release Note - Labour Productivity: Cut Off Times for My Schedule Requests
What’s Changing?
New functionality in Labour Productivity which will allow customer admins to set up a specific cut off time for employees when they are creating unavailability and when employees want to swap/drop shifts.
Reason for the Change
To restrict employees from creating requests in the My Schedule app after a specified cut off time.
