No, you can only create a rota by division.

In some cases it may be that divisions need to be combined. For example Floor and waiting may become FOH.

Once the employee division is changed the rotas will automatically update.

This should always be done with an effective date of a rota week start date.

You can print a rota for all divisions if you do not want to follow the above.
