Thanks for your question on hours worked.

 

The easiest way to pull a report for a specific date range is to to use the Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours - Daily export. You can find this in Rotas > Reports > Exports > Export Name = Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours - Daily.

Is there a way to add a date range to other custom reports? I wanted to run a report to see our workforce demographics (gender, specifically) at a particular point in time?

Thank you for your question. 

I would suggest running the Workforce Population report in HR to support this (HR > Reports > View Reports > Workforce Population > Select previous date > Run). You cannot run the customised report for a historical date range, unfortunately. 

You could do some excel magic and include the start and termination date and all former records and filter it that way.
