Why would my wage target percentages differ from what I entered into the configure location page to what's reflected on the rota page? (on behalf of a customer)

It depends on how they have been entered into the system, and how they are split (by division etc.) For something this customer specific, we would recommend booking onto an Ask Fourth session, which can be done through the Success group here on the community.
