When rota is set for review, where does the manager then see the labour % approved?

Hi @Rebecca Smith​ ,

 

I think you are talking about the Weekly Overview Report- as long as the Rota has been 'Approved' it takes a snapshot of Wage Cost, Wage % at that moment.

AS long as the Rota is then Submitted at the end of the week, the Report will track any variances both in cost, and %.

As long as you have the permission to view this Report it can be found from the path: Rota>Reports>Weekly Overview Report.
