I'm wanting to run a report which shows total rota hours, holiday hours and absences between two specific periods of time. Any ideas?

The Employee Hours worked export in Rotas will give you this information.
Rotas > Reports > Exports

We run the employee hours worked report but it I could do with one that gives me, for example from 1-31 May
Hours worked
Absence Hours
Holiday Hours
I can do all this manually which I have been doing but it would be great if there was a report which produces this.
Hi @Vicky Henderson If the rota setting is on to include Holiday in shift totals this will feed through to the employee Hours worked.
There is no concept of Hours against absences.
If you can explain why you need this information and what you are trying to do with it, I may be able to help further.

On the Employee Hours Worked export from the Rota module, it displayed holidays as just HOL, even with that global setting and does not display it as an hours value. It is also not included in the Total Hours when it does this.
Any Ideas?

Thanks for your question!
This report is not designed to display holiday hours or include them in the total. You would be better off running the Payroll Hours Worked - V1 report to extract this information.
Rotas > Reports > Exports > Payroll Hours Worked - V1
