How can I make a final closure of a site on Fnb, setting the stock to zero and deleting all menu items and batch items associated with the site?

    Please refer to this link in the community regarding site closure:

    Although the document was created for temporary closure, it details how to zero off your counts in preparation and how to disable a site.

    I would only mention in addition, it is important to delete or approve all transactions before stock period approval including all wastage, transfers and pending GRNs.

    You would not need to remove recipes or ingredients from site. When you need to archive these for the whole organisation (ie from Enterprise) they will archive as you have no transactions and counts against those records at that site.

    However, if you would prefer to, you can do this once you've approved a period with zero counts and no transactions at site level, albeit, you would need to remove these one record at a time.
