Supplier name held in Trade Simple

Hi, we want to change the name of a supplier that we are using in Marketplace ordering so that our outlets see a different name. Is this possible. Its a supplier called Brakes Catering equipment. Basically we want to mask this name seen on the platform and also the supplier logo if possible.   can we do this?

Whatever name is on Purchase to Pay (Tradesimple) is the name that will display on Ordering (Marketplace) for the sites. However, this is a global setting and so the name will display the same for all customers of the supplier. If they wanted a change, the supplier would need to raise the name change with Fourth themselves.

 

Regarding 'masking' the supplier (and logo) from the sites, this can be done by removing the trading relationship between the site and supplier on Purchase to Pay (Tradesimple). The relationships can be found at the following path:

 

Maintain Suppliers > Find required supplier > Relationships > find site(s) > relationships code available for editing
