As a company we have been asked to report on the number of Managers who are working over 48 hours over the previous four week pay period.

As it stands I can pull a report which indicates the managers average hours over the last 12 week period. However, HMRC will be looking at the managers average hours worked over a period of 4 weeks (previous pay period).Would you please be able to advise if Fourth Analytics can report on this that would be able to give me the information we need or alternately have other customers asked for similar report and what reporting have they used? Thanks on behalf of a customer who has FA & Payroll

Thank you for posting this question on behalf of the Customer.

Generally, reporting on Average Hours Worked by Employees is possible within Fourth Analytics. However, in order for this information to feed through into Analytics, Customer would need to have a full version of Workforce Management Fourth Analytics and it also requires a certain level of configuration.

If you aren't sure which level of Analytics you are currently on an you would like to find out more about the reporting available via Fourth Analytics platform, please contact your Customer Success Manager and they will be able to point you in the right direction.
