How to submit LP rotas to Payroll early - prior to the end of the week

We need to submit Rotas for all locations on Thursday this week (20-Dec) for w/e 22-Dec but the LP module does not currently allow. We are aware of the new functionality (Articles WFM Release Note: Labour Productivity - Early Submission of Schedule to Payroll​) but we do not know how to access the setting to enable. We have tried all our admin/super user logons. Can someone please provide guidance ASAP?

Thanks @Debbie Thomas​, I believe one of my colleagues is urgently waiting for support to enable this setting so all of our locations can begin submitting their rota for the current week.

 

I assume the same response applies to the new Labour Flash report that has recently been launched.​

This needs to be enabled by Fourth as it is in the organisation settings that customers do not currently have access to.

Our technical support team can assist you with enabling this. They will need to know which date this should be enabled.
