We have created a rate with % calculation and "include inventory" (pic attached). In this will the value be calculated automatically / or how can i get it automatic 10% of the LPO value.

Yes there should be an automatic calculation if the products in the PO have a Rate schedule that is linked to the 10% Rate created.

 

Please note that only Rate Schedules can be assigned to products, therefore ensure the 10% Rate created is added to a Rate schedule and then assign the Rate schedule to related products.
