    Hi @Thomas Gold​ ,

     

    The easiest way to delete holidays is to review them in HR > Holidays and Absences > Employee Holidays - then filter by Location, Division, Holiday Status, Holiday Year and the required date range.

    The system requires though that each holiday to be deleted be ticked individually and then bulk deleted by clicking the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page.

    If there are too many holiday records to manage, please request for a bulk deletion to be undertaken by Fourth's Technical Team by making a request via your Customer Care Representative or Customer Success Manager.

    Hi Mark - I just tried to do this. Brings up 506 records for the next month and when I clicked them (individually) for the first 100 and pressed delete and refreshed the report - they were still there. What am I doing wrong please?

    Please can I check with you if the Status of the holiday/s have changed from "Authorised" to "Removed"?

    This would mean the the system has deleted the holiday, but maintained the record.

     

    If this is not the case, please refer this to Technical Support for further assistance.

    hi, how do you acutally delete an authorised holiday? I have followed the steps above but there is no "Delete" column? I'm using system admin login so should have access to everything?

    Are the holidays that you're trying to delete for rotas that have already been submitted to payroll?
