Holiday hours calculation

​Hello,   I have switched on the functionality to include Holiday in shift totals. Can you please advise how the holiday hours are calculated as we have various contractual hours within the business, is it driven by contractual hours or job title?   Thank you Snezana

What a great question!

The system will look at the FTE in the job title (FTE Hours divided by FTE Days) if the employee is full time. If the employee is flexible it will calculate average hours divided by average days.

Thank you Saskia,

I came across an employee whose Holiday days are calculated as "1", must be basing on one shift. I've checked the settings are they are no diffuerent to the rest of the job titles, 48 hours over 5 days.
