Single User doesn't see their schedule under the My Schedule App
I have a single user who can not see their schedule under the My Schedule App but can see the shifts under the Self Service for current week only. Service/Feature works for all other team members in the business but not this individual can not work out what is different between their setup. Any help appreciated.

In this instance, I would advise you to raise a technical case by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will look into the issue for you as this does not look like a setup issue.
